There are several specific scales for measuring the hardness of soft rubbers, sponge materials, foam rubber and textile bobbins as well as a variety of different materials. The shore 0 and shore 00 scales meet the specifications of ASTM D2240. Asker C and Asker F scales comply with the specifications of SRIS-0101 and JIS K 7312.
